Our guesthouse in Bamberg is a small, family-run establishment with a long history. Housed in a traditional half-timbered building, we have been welcoming guests seeking quiet and personal accommodation for over 40 years.

What once started very small has grown over the years – not through major changes, but through many encounters with people from all over the world who have found a temporary home with us.

The half-timbered house that houses our guesthouse still shapes its special atmosphere. Much has remained as it always was – not perfectly staged, but authentic and organically grown.

We believe that this is exactly what makes the difference: not an anonymous hotel, but a place that tells its own story.

Many of our guests don't just come once. Some have been coming for years. This has led to conversations, acquaintances, and sometimes even friendships – something you can't plan, it just happens.

Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet location with views of the surrounding greenery, yet close enough to easily explore Bamberg. The old town, with its narrow streets, rich history, and charming breweries, is just a short walk away.
